Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Method & U.S.-Only Delivery
All orders are shipped within the United States via UPS with tracking confirmation.
For orders valued at $85 or more, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Please note: At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
