Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We do offer options for exchanges but due to the high cost of shipping, shipping cost will be at customers expense. For more information about our exchange process please contact us.

Also, if an error has occurred, on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we can offer an exchange after the case is reviewed, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at studio@piinkpiccola.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will provide further instructions for resolution.

Product Descriptions & Variations

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, and details. Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.

  • Measurements are provided for reference and minor variations (1–2 inches) may occur.

  • Fit may vary depending on body type and styling preferences.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that slight differences in color, fit, or appearance due to lighting or display settings do not constitute an item being “not as described.”

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute so we may assist you promptly.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution, as once a dispute is opened through your bank, we are unable to issue a refund directly and must wait for the formal investigation process to conclude.

We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who engage in abusive or fraudulent dispute activity.
